In Integrations you connect Kit or Brevo with their API key. OnBio sends them your subscribed contacts, unsubscribes and tags every 15 minutes. In Kit the list is one of your forms and in Brevo tags arrive as lists in the OnBio folder.

Quizzes with a question bank and questions in the video
In the lesson you add short answer, ordering and matching questions to the quiz, and choose how many each attempt draws from the bank, how many attempts a student has and the score to pass. You also place questions at a second of the video, which pause it until the student answers, and your students download the transcript of the video from the member area.

Pinterest and the TikTok Events API
In Pixels you add the Pinterest tag and turn on the TikTok Events API with its token, which sends the purchases from the server even when the browser blocks the pixel. Both act only when the visitor accepts advertising.

In Pricing, the first 100 businesses that sign up after the launch get the Creator plan without a fee for 6 months, with a counter of the places left. The comparison with other platforms adds the total cost, with the invoicing software and the accountant you need where you are not invoiced in Spain.

What the buyer paid in their currency
In the movements of Payouts, a sale paid in another currency says under its concept what the buyer paid, such as «the buyer paid 255 zł». Your balance stays in euros.

New products from a template of your trade
New product starts with the templates of your trade, the same ones as the signup, with the title, the description and the price written. If you prefer to do it your way, select I'd rather start from scratch. In the list of products, a product In review shows under its name the phrase you have to fix.

Ten templates for your store
In Design of the store editor there are seven new templates: Editorial, Cards, Bold, Soft, Mono, Portfolio and Compact. Each thumbnail shows the template with its colours and buttons. When you choose one, your store takes its colour, its typeface and its buttons.

A shorter panel menu
The sections your business does not use yet, such as courses, communities or affiliates, wait in More, at the end of the menu of the panel. As soon as you create something in one, it moves up to its place. With the pin you keep any of them at the top.

Sell your exempt sessions in your name
If you provide healthcare or private tuition, ask for VAT-exempt sales in Business settings. Once approved, your sessions sell in your name and without VAT. OnBio issues your invoices as a third party. In each product you can leave out a session that is not exempt. At checkout your customer sees you as the seller. When a business buys, the checkout offers to apply your IRPF withholding.

Edit without connection from your phone
When there is no network, the app saves on the phone what you change in a product, a lesson or your store. When the connection is back it sends it on its own. If someone changed the same thing meanwhile, Unsent changes shows you both values so you choose which one stays.

Get paid from your phone with your second factor
Balance reaches the app with your figures by state, the payouts to your bank and their receipts. The button to get paid transfers all the available balance after you confirm with your second factor. From today, Withdraw balance of the web panel asks for it too so nobody else moves your money.

Contacts reaches the app from More. You search a person by name or email, filter by tag and open their file with their purchases, products and consents to help them with all the context.

Inbox from your phone
The Inbox tab of the app gathers your bookings of the week, the support and the moderation. You reschedule or cancel a session with two taps and answer a client starting from a saved reply. What is reported in your communities is hidden, deleted or muted from the same tab.

Coupons from your phone
In Coupons of the app you create a discount for your store and share its link with one tap, right before a live. From the menu of each coupon you pause it, resume it or delete it if nobody used it.

Your store in the app
The Store tab of the app orders the blocks of your store with your finger, hides or shows them and changes its header. Preview shows the draft before publishing. Undo takes back the last change.

Photos and videos from your phone
On the page of a product in the app, Add photo or video uses the camera or the gallery. The photo becomes the cover and the video the main one of its sales page. The upload goes on even if you close the app. The page shows how far it is in the tile of the cover.

The OnBio app has the tab Products. Create a product from a template of your trade or from scratch, change its title, its price and its description on its page and publish it with the automatic review. In a course, publish its lessons and edit the text of each one. Coupons, contacts, balance and settings are in More.

Guide «Sell across the European Union»
The guide sell across the European Union explains in three chapters which currency each buyer sees, how to fix round prices, what the checkout shows in each country and how sales in other currencies reach your payouts in euros.

The original amount in your sales
In Sales, a sale paid in zlotys, kronor, forints or lei shows the euros and, under them, what the buyer paid. The order page repeats it under the total. The sales CSV adds it in two columns at the end, and each monthly report sums up the sales of each currency.

Prices by currency in your offers
In the editor of an offer, Prices by currency shows what buyers in Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Czechia, Hungary and Romania pay today at the rate of the European Central Bank. For a round figure, type the price in the row of the currency. When you change the price in euros, a notice asks you to review the fixed prices.

Prices in your currency
In a store you see the prices in your currency if you live in a country of the European Union without the euro, such as Poland or Sweden. The Currency selector changes the currency of the whole store, converted every day at the rate of the European Central Bank. From outside the European Union, the product page says OnBio does not sell in your country.

Your bookings in the OnBio app
The OnBio app has the Bookings tab with your sessions, events and packs from every store, in the time of your phone. When a session starts, Join the room opens the video call. A reminder of a session opens this tab.

The community in the OnBio app
The OnBio app has the Community tab with the communities of all your stores. You post, like and comment from your phone. From there you enter the chat of each channel and, if the community has levels, your leaderboard. A notice of a reply or a mention opens the post or the channel.

Chat in your community
Each channel of your communities has a Chat tab to talk live with the other members. You reply in threads, mention with @ and react to messages. From the menu of a message you report it to OnBio.

Levels and leaderboard in your communities
In the Levels tab of a community you turn on the levels with a switch. Each member earns points by posting, commenting, getting reactions and finishing lessons. With those points the member moves up through nine levels. The page counts the members at each level. In the editor of a channel, a resource or a module you choose the Minimum level that opens it.

Your level in the community
In the communities with levels, the leaderboard shows your level, your points, your rank and what you need to move up. You see the top 10 of 7 days, 30 days or all time. With Stay out of the leaderboard you keep earning without showing in the list. A closed channel, resource or module says the level that opens it.

Chat in your communities
Each channel of your community now has its chat: messages arrive at once, with threads, mentions, reactions and images. The header says how many people are online. From the menu of a message you mute a member for 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days, see its report or delete it. The slow mode puts a wait between two messages of each member.

The OnBio app for your purchases
With the OnBio app for iPhone and Android you have on your phone everything you bought in OnBio stores. You sign in with your email and a code, without a password, and the library gathers the purchases of all your emails. Lessons play in the player with captions and speed, and with Download to watch offline you save them encrypted to watch without network in Downloads. Private podcasts play in the app from their list of Episodes. You choose your notifications in Notifications on this phone and share your invoices from Purchases. Automations with ten templates
The Automations tab of Email brings together your automations: each one starts with a purchase, a lead, an abandoned cart or another trigger and follows its steps on its own. New automation lets you start with one of the ten templates, with the steps and texts ready, or from scratch. In the builder you add waits, conditions with two branches and actions with the plus sign. Before Activate, each step shows next to it what it lacks and Test runs it with your account in seconds. Your email flows are already inside as automations, with the same texts and the contacts on their step.

Help me write
Next to the description of a product, its sales page, emails and AutoDM you have Help me write. Choose Write, Improve or Shorten with the tone you want. The draft appears as it is written. It only goes into the field if you press Use this text. Your plan includes a quota of drafts a month and you can turn the assistant off in Business settings. More details in write with the assistant.

Bring your business with a CSV and the folder of your courses
Bring your business imports your courses, your students, your contacts and your subscribers from the CSV you export from the platform you come from. It recognises each column by its name. You drop the CSVs and the folder with the videos, review the preview and click Import. What is created stays as a draft and you can undo it for 30 days. Your subscriptions move with their price and their date. If you prefer, Ask OnBio for help gives support permission to do it for you.

Your subscription continues when the store moves
If a store moves to OnBio, you get an email with your subscription, its price and your next date. When it asks for your card, the link opens Keep your subscription: you add it once and access continues without a break until your renewal.

Link Vimeo videos
Lessons, the posts of your community and the recordings of your live sessions now take Vimeo links, next to YouTube, Loom and Wistia. Paste the link of the video in the lesson and it plays without tracking. An unlisted video keeps its private link. Like the other linked videos, it does not count in the video hours of your plan.

Your trader details, before the first payout
Your store sells even if a trader detail is missing. If one that Verify to get paid does not ask for is missing, the notice Complete your trader details to get paid on Home says which one. The first payout to your bank goes out once you complete it.

Create your account with just your email
Create account asks for your email and a password. You choose the name of your business and the address of your store later on the welcome, which suggests the address from the name. If you arrive with the link of the person who recommended OnBio to you, their code waits for you on that step.

Sign in and confirm with a passkey
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, your face or the PIN of the device, with no email or password: select Sign in with a passkey when you sign in. When you create the account, the passkey is the option two-step verification offers you, and it also confirms the signature of the sign-up, the authorizations and the change of bank account. Add, rename or remove your passkeys in Security or in the passkeys of the app, where you can also sign in with a passkey.

Automatic review of your product texts
When you publish a product or change its texts, OnBio reads the name and the sales page. If a phrase may breach the prohibited products policy, the product stays In review and the product page points to the phrase with how to fix it. Once saved fixed, the product is published on its own.

Sell before verifying and get paid once done
Your store sells from the moment you finish setup. The money of those sales waits in On hold inside Payouts, with a notice that says how much it is and on which day new sales would pause. Verify to get paid gathers the two steps left: your identity and your bank in Stripe, and OnBio's review, which is requested on its own. The app shows the same notice in Today and notifies you on days 7, 21 and 28. On Home, the notice Verify your identity to get paid says how many of the two steps you have done.

Publish your store with a single signature
The last setup screen, publish and start selling, asks for your tax ID, your tax address and your phone. The tax ID tells whether you sell as self-employed or as a company. One box accepts the five setup texts and the code from your app confirms the signature. You land on your published store and sell from that moment.

Your first product from a template
When you create your business, setup continues with your first product: you pick what you do and start from a template with the title, the description and the price written. You change the title, the price and the image on the same screen, and if you'd rather do it your own way you click I'd rather start from scratch.

The Spotlight template on two columns
On a computer, the Spotlight template of your store puts your photo, your bio, your links and your texts in a column on the left, beside your products. On a phone everything stays on one column. A store with sections keeps one column on any screen. Choose the template in the store editor.

While a legal text version in force waits for your acceptance, the dashboard saves no changes, but its lists page, filter, search and open each row, and invoices and authorizations download from their Download PDF button until you click Review and accept.

When you create an agreement, the co-production terms appear above the box that accepts them: the split of the net, the monthly self-billing invoice, the transfer when the guarantee ends and the refunds. The New agreement screen explains each field.

The page of a finished, cancelled or expired booking no longer shows until when its time could change. The deadline stays on confirmed bookings and on those waiting for their time, as the My bookings screen tells.
