The onbio.es pricing page compares OnBio's three plans: Starter, Creator and Pro. All have the same features and differ in the monthly fee, the commission per sale and the usage limits. The commission already covers handling the VAT of your sales, the invoices and Verifactu.
It also has the limits of each plan, a comparison with other platforms, the referral programme and the frequently asked questions.

What you can do
- Compare the fee and the commission of each plan.
- See the limits of contacts, hosted video and WhatsApp messages of each plan.
- See how much you would pay with €2,000 of sales a month compared with other platforms, with the total cost and its assumptions.
- See how many places of the founders programme are left: the first 100 businesses get the Creator plan without a fee for 6 months.
- Read the terms of the referral programme.
- Create your store with Create my store for free or start with a paid plan. The Creator card carries the Popular label and the highlighted button.
Keep in mind
- Starter has no fee and charges 6% per sale. Creator costs €29 a month with 3.5%, and Pro €79 a month with 2.5%.
- The commission is calculated on the price without VAT and has a minimum of €0.35 per sale.
- The fee is published without taxes. On the mainland and the Balearic Islands 21% VAT is added. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the invoice has no VAT.
- With Klarna pay later 4.5 points of commission are added, the same in the three plans.
- Going over a limit never blocks your sales or your students' access. Video embedded from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Wistia does not count.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes, with no commitment. An upgrade is charged pro rata at once and the new commission applies when the payment is confirmed. A downgrade or a cancellation applies at the end of the month already paid, with no charge or refund. The change is made from the Plan page of your panel, at any time of the month.
What is the founders programme?
The first 100 businesses that sign up after the launch get the Creator plan without a fee for 6 months. They only pay the 3.5% commission per sale. We email you 30 days before the first fee. If you prefer not to pay it, you move to the Starter plan from the Plan page of your panel.
Which plan suits me?
If you are starting or sell little, Starter has no fee. When your sales grow, the fee of Creator or Pro pays off with its lower commission. The comparison on the page shows the cost of each plan with an example volume of sales.
