«Sales» list with the figures of the last days on top and the orders with their code, product, state, amount, commission and date.

Here you have every order of your business. At the top you see the figures of the last days: net sales, paid orders, what was refunded and what is in dispute. Below is the list of orders with their code, the product, the status, the amount, the OnBio commission and the date.

How to get there

Click Sales in the side menu, the first entry of the Money group, above your payouts and your reports.

What you can do

  • See All orders or only the Paid, Pending, Refunded or In dispute ones.
  • Find an order by its ONB- code or by the buyer's email in Search by ONB- or email.
  • Narrow the list with the Date, Type and Product filters. If you open the orders of a buyer from a support conversation, the list arrives filtered by Buyer.
  • Open an order to see its full detail.
  • Load more orders with Load more at the end of the list.

Step by step

  1. 1. Type their email or the code in Search by ONB- or email.
  2. 2. Click the order in the list to open it.

See only the sales of one product

  1. 1. Click the Product filter.
  2. 2. Choose the product and apply the filter.

What happens next

Each new purchase appears in the list straight away. If an order is refunded or goes into dispute, its status changes in the same row.

Keep in mind

  • A sale paid in another currency of the European Union shows the euros and, under them, what the buyer paid, such as 209 zł. The euros are those of the price and the ones that count in your payouts and reports.
  • Each row shows the order type. An Instalment, a Renewal or a Follow-up offer are orders of their own.
  • A Pending order has not been charged yet. If the payment does not arrive, it becomes Expired or Failed.
  • The commission you see is OnBio's on that order. Your plan sets its percentage, with a minimum of €0.35 per sale.
  • The tab, the filters and the search you pick go in the address of the page. Back on the list or after a reload, it reads as you left it.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, support and accounting.
