Here you sign in to the OnBio app with the same account you use in the web panel. With a passkey you sign in with your fingerprint, your face or the PIN of the phone, with no email or password. You can also sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Apple if you signed up that way.
How to get there
Open the OnBio app after installing it. If you signed out, the app comes back to this screen.
What you can do
- Sign in with your passkey with Sign in with a passkey.
- Sign in with your email and password.
- Sign in with Google or with Apple.
- See the password you type with Show the password.
Step by step
Sign in with your passkey
- 1. Tap Sign in with a passkey.
- 2. Choose your passkey and confirm with your fingerprint, your face or the PIN of the phone.
Sign in with your email
- 1. Type your email and your password.
- 2. Tap Sign in.
- 3. Type the code from your authenticator app when asked.
What happens next
The app keeps your session in the phone's secure storage. If your account has several businesses, you choose which one to work with. If it has one, you go to Today.
Keep in mind
- Sign in with a passkey shows on phones that support passkeys. Add one in Settings after signing in with your email.
- OnBio requires two-step verification to sign in to the app. If you do not have it yet, the app explains how to turn it on on the web.
- If your account is not confirmed yet, first finish signing up at onbio.es with the code we emailed you.
- The app is for creators and their team. Your buyers enter their area from the browser.
