New co-production agreement

Here you set up an agreement to split the net of each sale of a product with other OnBio creators. You choose the product, add 1 to 4 partners with their share and send it for them to accept.
How to get there
In Co-production, click New agreement. A saved draft opens from the same list.
What you can do
- Choose a product that OnBio sells as the legal seller and that has no other active agreement.
- Add partners by their store address.
- Split the percentages between your share and each partner's.
- Save the agreement as a draft or send the invitations.
Step by step
Set up the agreement
- 1. Choose the Product.
- 2. Click Add partner and type the Partner's store address.
- 3. Type the Partner's share (%) and adjust Your share (%).
- 4. Check that the total reaches 100 %.
- 5. Tick I have read and accept the co-production terms.
- 6. Click Send invitations so each partner receives the proposal.
What happens next
Each partner receives the invitation in their dashboard and has 14 days to answer. The agreement becomes active when all of them accept it.
Keep in mind
- Each partner has to be an OnBio creator with their payout setup complete. If they are not, the screen warns you and they cannot receive the invitation.
- Each share is at least 1 %. Your own store cannot be a partner.
- The leftover cent of each split goes to you.
- If you prefer to finish it later, click Save draft.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
