On this page
Here you see the orders you have placed in this store, from the newest to the oldest. Each row says the order number, the date you paid it, the products, the total and its status.
The order number starts with ONB- and is the detail the store will ask for if you write to it about a purchase.
How to get there
In your area, click My purchases in the top bar.
What you can do
- Open an order by clicking its row to see its details and ask for a refund.
- Download an order's simplified invoice with Download invoice.
- See whether an order is paid, partly refunded or refunded.
- Load older purchases with See more purchases.
Step by step
Download an order's invoice
- 1. Click the order in the list.
- 2. On the order page, click Download invoice.
What happens next
The invoice downloads as a PDF. OnBio issues it a few seconds after the payment. Download invoice appears on the order page once the invoice is issued.
Keep in mind
- The invoice in this list is the simplified one, without your tax details. To ask for a full invoice in your company's name, go to My invoices, as invoice in your company's name explains.
- If you claimed an order with your bank, the store cannot refund it while the bank reviews it. On Home, the product says «The payment is under review.».
- Purchases in other OnBio stores do not appear here. Each store has its own area.
