Here you manage the people who recommend your products in exchange for a commission. At the top you see active affiliates and the clicks, sales and commissions of the last 30 days. Each row shows the name, the code, the clicks, the sales and what is pending and paid.
How to get there
Click Affiliates in the panel's side menu. The email telling you about a new application also brings you here.
What you can do
- Invite someone by email to become an affiliate.
- Approve or reject people who asked to join your programme.
- Suspend, reactivate or remove an affiliate.
- Open an affiliate's record with their sales and their commissions.
- Review commissions in Commissions and rules in Program and rules.
Step by step
Invite an affiliate
- 1. Click Invite affiliate.
- 2. Type their Email and, if you want, their display name.
- 3. Click Send invitation.
Approve a request
- 1. Click Pending.
- 2. Click Approve on the person's row.
What happens next
The invited person gets an email to join. Once active, they receive their link and their code. Each sale that comes through them generates their commission.
Keep in mind
- A commission is paid when the sale's guarantee ends. If the buyer asks for a refund before then, the commission is cancelled.
- An affiliate without a payouts setup builds up their commissions. They collect them once they complete the setup.
- The affiliates are yours. OnBio has no public catalogue where strangers choose your products.
