Bookings

Click Bookings in the side menu, in the Sell group, below Communities. On a phone, open the menu first with the button at the top left of the panel.

• See the bookings of Today, This week or the Upcoming ones.
• See under No time the sessions whose time the buyer has not chosen yet.
• Filter the agenda with All products and All statuses.
• Open a booking to see its details or cancel it.
• Review your buyers' passes in Passes.
• Go to Calendars and video calls to review your connections.

Each confirmed booking is written to your connected calendar with the video call link. The buyer receives the same link by email and in their member area.

• A Held booking is a time the buyer is paying for. OnBio keeps it for them for 15 minutes while they finish paying.
• A No time booking is a session paid for or granted by hand whose time the buyer has not chosen yet. They get an email to choose it without paying again.
• If you delete or move a booking's event in your calendar, the agenda marks it with a notice. The booking stays confirmed until you cancel it.
• OnBio sends the buyer a reminder 24 hours before each booking and another 1 hour before, with the time in their zone and the video call link.
• In Passes, each row shows the buyer, how many sessions they have left to book, until when they can use them and whether the pass is Active, No sessions left, Expired or Withdrawn. The buyer books those sessions from their member area, without paying again.
