Course students

Students of the course with their progress, their access, their edition and their group.

Here you see all the students of the course. Each row shows their email, their progress, how they got access, their last access, their groups and their status.

From here you give access by hand to someone who did not pay, import students from another platform and revoke or restore access.

How to get there

Open the course from Courses and select the Students tab, among the tabs above the content of the course.

What you can do

  • Find a student by their email and filter by edition or by group.
  • Give access to the course to a person without them paying.
  • Import students from a CSV of another platform with Import.
  • Add students to a group or remove them from it.
  • Revoke a student's access or restore it.

Step by step

Add students to a group

  1. 1. Tick the students in the list.
  2. 2. Choose the Target group.
  3. 3. Select Add to the group.

Revoke a student's access

  1. 1. Select the menu of the student's row.
  2. 2. Select Revoke access.
  3. 3. Confirm in the dialog.

Give access to the course

In the dialog you write the person's Email and Name, choose their Edition and their Group if the course uses them and, if you want, the Purchase date (optional) so that the drip counts from that day. When you select Give access they appear in the list with manual access.

  1. 1. Write the Email and the Name.
  2. 2. Tick Send the access link by email.
  3. 3. Select Give access.

What happens next

A revoked student stops entering the course. Their progress is kept in case you give them access again with Restore access.

Keep in mind

  • If you revoke the access of someone who bought the course, the notice offers you Go to the order to process the refund if it applies.
  • The purchase date goes in Madrid time. Without a date, the drip counts from today.
  • The tab, the filters and the search you pick go in the address of the page. Back on the list or after a reload, it reads as you left it.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.
