Lucía's contacts with their subscription status, their source, their tags and their purchases.

These are all the people who have dealt with your business. Each purchase, lead and booking creates its contact. Each row shows their subscription status for your emails, their source, their tags, their purchases and the date they were added. On a tablet or a narrow screen the tags go under the name and the date they were added is in the file of the contact.

How to get there

Click Contacts in the panel's side menu, in the grow group. The list opens on All, under the figures of your contacts.

What you can do

  • See subscribed contacts, contacts without a subscription or unsubscribed ones.
  • Search by email or by name.
  • Narrow down the list with the Tags, Source, Product and Date added filters.
  • Tag several contacts at once.
  • Create a contact by hand or import a CSV.
  • Open a contact to see their consent history and their purchases.

Step by step

Tag contacts

  1. 1. Tick the contacts in the list.
  2. 2. Click Tag.
  3. 3. Choose the tags and click Add.

Create a contact

  1. 1. Click New contact.
  2. 2. Type the Email, the First name and the Last name.
  3. 3. Click Save contact.

Keep in mind

  • A contact you create by hand is saved without a subscription. They only receive your emails if they give their consent.
  • To tag every contact in a filter and not just those on the page, click Select every contact in the filter.
  • If you reach your plan's contact limit, new contacts are still saved and nothing stops working.
  • Tags are created in Tags.
  • The tab, the filters and the search you pick go in the address of the page. Back on the list or after a reload, it reads as you left it.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a buyer not subscribed?

Buying does not subscribe anyone to your emails. Only those who tick the communications box at checkout or in a lead magnet become subscribed. Consent and unsubscribes explains it.
