Here you see how the people in the teams you belong to see you. You have your name, your email, the Google or Apple accounts you can sign in with and your role in the business you have open.
Your profile is yours and follows you in all your businesses. If you work in two, the name you set here is the one both teams see.
How to get there
Open Settings in the side menu and select Profile, the first of the personal settings.
What you can do
- Change your Name.
- See whether you have Google or Apple sign-in linked.
- See your role in the business you are in.
- Leave the team of that business with Leave the business, unless you are its owner.
Step by step
Change your name
- 1. Write the new Name.
- 2. Select Save.
What happens next
The new name appears in the activity log and in the invitations you send from then on.
Keep in mind
- The email identifies your account and cannot be changed from here.
- If you leave a business, you will need a new invitation to come back.
- To change the password or two-step verification, go to Security.
- OnBio joins your Google or Apple account the first time you sign in with it, if it has the same email as your account and Google or Apple have it verified.
