Monthly recurring revenue with its chart, the active subscriptions and the sign-ups and cancellations.

Here you see how your recurring revenue evolves. You have the monthly recurring revenue, the active subscriptions and the sign-ups and cancellations of the period.

How to get there

Click Analytics in the side menu and open the Subscriptions tab. The period you chose stays when you change tabs.

What you can do

  • See the monthly recurring revenue of the last day and its trend in the chart.
  • See how many subscriptions you have active.
  • Compare sign-ups and cancellations in the period.
  • Choose the period, from today to a custom range of 24 months.

What happens next

The chart shows each day's value at closing. The figures are recalculated every 5 minutes.

Keep in mind

  • Monthly recurring revenue adds up your active subscriptions with VAT. A yearly subscription counts as its price divided by 12.
  • The charges of each renewal also count as gross revenue in Sales.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.

Frequently asked questions

How is an annual subscription counted?

An annual subscription counts as its price divided by 12. For example, with 10 monthly subscriptions of €9 and one annual of €120, the monthly recurring revenue is €100. That way you compare months even if you have annual plans.

Where do I see why my subscribers leave?

This screen counts the cancellations of the period. The reason of each one is on the subscription's page, which you open from the order in Sales.

Do renewals count twice?

No. Each renewal charged adds to the gross revenue of the Sales tab as a recurring charge. Here you only see the active subscription and what it is worth per month.
