Here you have your place at a live event, such as a workshop or a group class. The screen shows the date and the start and end times in your time zone, and gives you access to the video call room.
How to get there
In your bookings, click See the event. The email with your ticket also brings you here.
What you can do
- See the event's date and time under Your place.
- Enter the room when it starts.
- Watch the recording with Watch the recording if the store publishes it.
Step by step
Join the event
- 1. Open this page shortly before the start.
- 2. Click the join button from 30 minutes before the start.
- 3. Wait in the room for the host to let you in, if they have it set up that way.
What happens next
You enter the video call room, which opens in another tab or in the video call app you have installed. If the store publishes the recording, it appears here as a lesson when the event ends.
Keep in mind
- The meeting opens 30 minutes before the start. If you click earlier, the page tells you it is not open yet.
- If the store changes the event's date, we let you know by email and the meeting moves with it.
- If the store cancels the event, the amount of your place is refunded and you are notified by email with their note.
