OnBio sign-in page with the Google and Apple buttons, the email and the password.

Here you enter your business. With a passkey you sign in with your fingerprint, your face or the PIN of the device, with no email or password. You can also sign in with Google, with Apple or with your email and password, and then OnBio asks for the code from your verification app, because two-step verification is mandatory on every account.

If you work in several businesses, you enter the last one you had open and switch between them from the panel.

How to get there

Select Sign in in the onbio.es header. If you open a panel page without a session, OnBio brings you here and takes you back to that page once you are in.

What you can do

  • Sign in with your passkey with Sign in with a passkey.
  • Sign in with your Email and your Password.
  • Sign in with Google or with Apple.
  • Recover your password with Forgot it?.
  • Ask for another confirmation code with Resend the confirmation code if you did not confirm your account.

Step by step

Sign in with your passkey

  1. 1. Select Sign in with a passkey.
  2. 2. Choose your passkey and confirm with your fingerprint, your face or the PIN of the device.

Sign in with your email

  1. 1. Write your Email.
  2. 2. Write your Password.
  3. 3. Select Sign in.
  4. 4. Write the 6-digit code from your verification app.

What happens next

You enter the panel Home. If you sign in from a device or a place we had not seen before, you receive the email «New sign-in to your OnBio account» with the date, the device and the approximate location.

Keep in mind

  • If you close the prompt of the device without confirming, select Sign in with a passkey again or sign in with your email.
  • After several failed attempts, OnBio asks you to wait a few minutes before trying again.
  • If you cannot get in, check I cannot get into my account.
  • If you see «Your session has ended. Sign in again to go back to the panel.», your session ended elsewhere: someone clicked Close the other sessions, you changed your password or the account was erased. Sign in again to go back to the panel.
