Unsent changes

If you edit a product, a lesson or your store without connection, the app saves the change on the phone and sends it on its own as soon as the network is back. In Unsent changes you see what still waits and decide what to do when someone changed the same thing meanwhile.
How to get there
Tap the amber notice that shows at the top of Today and the other tabs while any change remains on the phone.
What you can do
- See in Waiting for the network each change saved on the phone with the time you made it.
- Tap Send now to try again without waiting.
- Compare Your change with what is In OnBio when the record changed since you opened it.
- Tap Use mine to send your change, or Use the one in OnBio to keep what is already there.
Step by step
Resolve a change that clashes
- 1. Tap the notice at the top of the app.
- 2. Read both values of each field.
- 3. Tap Use mine or Use the one in OnBio.
What happens next
With Use mine your change is saved over the one there was. With Use the one in OnBio your change is dropped and the record stays as it is.
Keep in mind
- Changes go out on their own when the connection is back, when you open the app again and every half minute while any remains.
- If you close the app, the changes stay saved on the phone until they go out.
- A change that clashes never goes out on its own, because it waits for your choice.
