Co-production agreement

Active co-production agreement with each partner's share and an example with a real sale.

Here you see an agreement to split the sales of a product with other OnBio creators. You have each partner's share, an example with a real sale and the split of each sale already paid.

How to get there

In Co-production, click the agreement in the list. The email of an invitation also brings you here.

What you can do

  • See each partner's share and whether they have accepted.
  • See an example of how much each one receives per sale.
  • Send a draft to the partners or delete it, if you are the owner.
  • Accept or reject an agreement proposed to you.
  • End an active agreement.

Step by step

Answer an invitation

  1. 1. Review the split and the requirements to get paid your share.
  2. 2. Tick I have read and accept the co-production terms.
  3. 3. Click Accept agreement.

Send the draft to the partners

  1. 1. Review the split.
  2. 2. Tick I have read and accept the co-production terms.
  3. 3. Click Send to the partners.

What happens next

The agreement becomes active when all partners accept it. If one of them rejects it or 14 days pass without everyone's answer, the agreement becomes rejected and the product stays without a split. Each share is transferred to the partner when the sale's guarantee ends.

Keep in mind

  • The net that is split is what remains of each sale after VAT, the OnBio fee and the affiliate's commission, if any. The leftover cent goes to the owner.
  • The example uses the standard 21% VAT and the cheapest sale among the product's public offers, with all its installments when it is paid in installments. If the sale comes through an affiliate, their commission is also taken before the split.
  • To get paid your share you need a payout account with transfers active, complete tax details and a current self-billing mandate.
  • Any partner can click End the agreement. Earlier sales keep their split and the other partners get a notice.
  • Changing percentages or partners takes a new agreement, which replaces the previous one once it becomes active.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
