Here are the lessons and PDFs you saved to open offline, with the space they take on the phone.
How to get there
Tap Downloads in the bar at the bottom of the app.
What you can do
- Open a download without network.
- Pause the download or Resume the download while it comes in.
- Download again one that failed.
- Remove a download to free up space.
Step by step
Free up space
- 1. Tap Download options on the one you want to delete.
- 2. Tap Remove.
What happens next
The download is deleted from the phone at once. You can download it again while you have access.
Keep in mind
- Downloads are encrypted and only open in the app.
- If you lose access, the download is deleted the next time you open the app with network and stays marked as Deleted until you remove it from the list.
- After 7 days without network, the app asks you to connect once to check you still have access.
- You can have downloads on 5 phones at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move a download to another device?
No. Each download is encrypted for this phone and only opens in the app. On another phone you download it again from the lesson.
