Who sells to you

Reviewed on 5 October 2026

In an OnBio store you buy from VIUZI ESP, SL, the company behind OnBio, which is the legal seller of every product. The creator makes the content and answers your questions about it.

Check the seller's details

  1. 1. Scroll to the footer of the store or of the product page.
  2. 2. Press Who sells to unfold its details.
  3. 3. To see them in full, open Legal information of the store.

What happens next

You see the details of VIUZI ESP, SL as the legal seller, with its tax ID, its address, its phone and its email, and those of the creator who signs the content: their name or company name, their address, their email and their phone. They are the details the law requires of whoever sells online, and the ones you use for any claim about the purchase.

Keep in mind

  • The charge on your bank shows as “ONBIO* NAME”, with the name of the store. If you do not recognise it, see I do not recognise a charge.
  • The invoice is issued by VIUZI ESP, SL and carries its tax ID.
  • If the store has not completed its tax details yet, it cannot sell. The page says so with Not selling yet.
  • For a question about the content, write to the store or use its help page, as write to the creator explains.
