Pixels
On this page
Here you connect your Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts so they receive your store's visits and purchases. You can also turn on the Meta Conversions API and the TikTok Events API, which send purchases from the server even if the browser blocks the pixel.
How to get there
Click Analytics in the side menu and open the Pixels tab. The period you chose stays when you change tabs.
What you can do
- Save the Meta pixel, the Google tags, the TikTok pixel and the Pinterest tag.
- Add the Google Ads purchase conversion.
- Test the events with a Meta test code or a TikTok test code.
- Turn on the Conversions API with your Meta access token and the Events API with your TikTok one.
Step by step
Connect Meta with the Conversions API
- 1. Type the Meta pixel and click Save.
- 2. Paste the Access token under Meta Conversions API.
- 3. Click Turn on the Conversions API.
Connect TikTok with the Events API
- 1. Type the TikTok pixel and click Save.
- 2. Paste the Access token under TikTok Events API.
- 3. Click Turn on the Events API.
What happens next
Each pixel receives the visit, the product view, the checkout start and the purchase, with the product and the amount. With their API on, Meta and TikTok also receive the checkout start and the purchase from the server with the same identifier, without counting them twice.
Keep in mind
- No pixel loads before the visitor's consent. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Ads tags need advertising cookies.
- Each token is stored encrypted and is not shown again. If Meta or TikTok rejects it, the status changes to Token rejected and you get a notice.
- Only the owner and admins can change the pixels.
- Pixels are saved in your store. If you do not have one yet, the page takes you to Create the store.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
