How to get there

Click the link in the creator's bio on Instagram, TikTok or the network where you follow them, or open their store's address, such as onbio.es/name.

What you can do

See the store's products with their price and their type, such as Online course or 1:1 session.
See how long a session lasts and what it costs before choosing a time.
Open a product to see its full page and buy it.
Ask for a gift with your email, such as a guide, if the store offers one.
Go to the creator's social profiles from their icons.
Enter your member area if you already bought.
See the prices in your currency from the Currency selector, such as the Polish złoty or the Swedish krona, if you live in a country of the European Union without the euro.

1. Press the Currency selector, at the top right of the store.
2. Choose your currency. The store loads again with the prices in it.

Ask for a gift

1. Type your Email and, if you like, your name.
2. Tick the box to receive the store's emails.
3. Click the gift's button, such as Send me the guide.

What happens next

When you open a product you reach its sales page. If you asked for a gift, you get an email to confirm your address. Once you confirm it, the gift arrives. Free resources for your email explains it.

Keep in mind

A product showing Sold out or Sales closed cannot be bought right now. See I cannot buy a product.
Prices include VAT. In another currency they convert every day at the rate of the European Central Bank and you pay the amount you see.
A healthcare session or an exempt private lesson shows VAT exempt next to its price. The professional sells it and its price carries no VAT. See who sells to you.
From a country outside the European Union you see the prices in euros and cannot buy. I cannot buy a product explains it.
