«Reports» list with the monthly report of February, its status, the status of its self-billed invoice and the net amount.

Here you have your tax reports, one for each month with sales and one for each year. Each monthly report carries its self-billed invoice, the invoice for your services of the month that OnBio issues in your name. Each row shows the period, the type, the status of the report, the status of the self-billed invoice and the net amount.

How to get there

Click Reports in the side menu, in the Money group, below Payouts.

What you can do

  • Open a report to see the sales by country with their taxes, commissions, refunds and net amount.
  • Download the report as PDF or CSV for your accountant.
  • Review each month's self-billed invoice and its income tax withholding.
  • Reject a self-billed invoice with a reason if something does not add up.
  • Check in the annual report your income, your expenses, your withholding certificate and form 347.

Step by step

Download a report for your accountant

  1. 1. Click the report's row.
  2. 2. Click Download PDF or Download CSV.

Reject a self-billed invoice

  1. 1. Open the month's report.
  2. 2. Click Reject the self-billed invoice.
  3. 3. Explain what does not add up in Reason.
  4. 4. Click Reject in the dialog.

What happens next

You get an email when each report is ready. Each self-billed invoice also reaches you by email with its PDF. If you do not reject a self-billed invoice within 15 calendar days, it counts as accepted. If you reject it, the OnBio team reviews it and confirms it as it is or issues a corrective self-billed invoice.

Keep in mind

  • The first report is generated when the month of your first sale closes.
  • If tax details are missing, the report comes out Blocked. Complete them in Settings and it is generated again.
  • The income tax withholding of your self-billed invoices depends on the type of activity you gave in your tax details.
  • The annual report gathers the operations with each third party that go above €3,005.06 a year, the data of form 347 governed by Order EHA/3012/2008, applicable to returns since 2009.
  • OnBio can issue self-billed invoices in your name because you signed the self-billing authorisation during onboarding.
