In Contacts you find any person who bought, booked or left their email in your store. You search by name or by email, filter by a tag and open their file to help them with all the context.
How to get there
In the app, tap More on the bottom bar and then Contacts, which opens the list with the search box on top.
What you can do
- Type a name or an email in the search box. The list updates when you stop typing.
- Tap a tag to see only who carries it. Tapping it again clears the filter.
- Tap See more at the end of the list to read the next page.
Step by step
Find a client
- 1. In More, tap Contacts.
- 2. Type part of their name or their email.
- 3. Tap their row to open the file.
What happens next
Each row shows how many purchases they made and what they spent, or No purchases when they have not bought yet. Above the list you see how many contacts the search finds.
Keep in mind
- A person of the support team searches and opens files, but does not see the count of the search, which serves to prepare broadcasts.
- Tags are created and changed in the web panel.
- Only the tags at least one contact carries show up.
