Invoices

Here you have the invoices of your business: your self-billed invoices and those for your plan fee. The invoices to your buyers are OnBio's and each buyer has them in their member area. Each row shows the number, the recipient, the type, its Verifactu status, the total and the date.
The invoices for your sales do not appear here, because OnBio issues them as the legal seller to its buyers, those for your sessions and services too. What you sell goes into your self-billed invoice of each month.
How to get there
Select Invoices in the side menu, in the Money group, next to Payouts and Reports.
What you can do
- Filter the invoices by Type and by Date.
- Open an invoice to see its lines, its tax breakdown and its tax QR code.
- Download the PDF of any invoice with Download PDF.
- Go from an invoice to its order with See the order.
- Load older invoices with Load more.
Step by step
Download an invoice
- 1. Find the invoice with the Type or Date filters.
- 2. Select Download PDF on its row.
Keep in mind
- Each fee of your plan issues its invoice as soon as it is charged and each month with sales issues its self-billed invoice on the 1st.
- No invoice is deleted or edited. A correction is made with a corrective invoice.
- Each invoice is recorded in Verifactu from your first sale, before the mandatory dates of 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for everyone else.
- If a buyer asked to erase their data, their invoice is kept by legal obligation and cannot be downloaded.
- This screen is seen by the owner, the administration and accounting.
- If you sell exempt sessions in your name, each sale has its Sale in your name invoice here, which OnBio issues as a third party. Each month the Commission on exempt sales also arrives, the invoice of OnBio for its commissions of that month.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
