Course editions

Reviewed on 4 October 2026
On this page
Editions of the course with the spring edition, its dates and its students.

Here you organise the course in editions, each with its enrolment period and its start and end dates. They are for a course that starts on a date with the whole group, such as a spring edition. Each row shows the name of the edition, its status and its students.

Whoever buys while the enrolment of an edition is open joins that edition.

How to get there

Open the course from Courses and select the Editions tab, among the tabs above the content of the course.

What you can do

  • Create an edition with its dates with New edition.
  • Publish an edition to open its enrolment on the date you set.
  • Set opening dates for modules or lessons within the edition.
  • Edit or cancel an edition.

Step by step

Create an edition

  1. 1. Select New edition.
  2. 2. Write the Edition name.
  3. 3. Set Enrolment opens and Enrolment closes.
  4. 4. Set Starts and Ends.
  5. 5. Select Save edition.
  6. 6. Select Publish in the menu of the edition.

What happens next

The edition goes through scheduled, enrolment open, in progress and finished according to its dates.

Keep in mind

  • The dates are shown in Madrid time.
  • Enrolment has to close after it opens and the edition has to end after it starts.
  • Leave empty the opening date of what you want to open when the edition starts.
  • Editions are used when the release of the course has access by editions.
