Get and download your invoice

Every purchase in an OnBio store comes with its invoice, which the store issues at the moment of the charge. You get an email when it is ready, and you always have it in your member area.
Before you start
- Enter your area of the store, as sign in to your area explains.
Download the invoice
- 1. Click My invoices in the area's top bar.
- 2. Find the invoice of the purchase in the list.
- 3. Click Download.
What happens next
The invoice downloads as a PDF. If it is simplified and you need your tax details on it, ask for the full one as invoice in your company's name explains.
Keep in mind
- A subscription has one invoice for each charge. An instalment payment has one for each instalment.
- If you see We could not download the invoice. Try again., try again in a few minutes.
- The invoice is issued by the store, which is the one selling to you. OnBio generates it on its behalf and sends it to the Spanish Tax Agency when the law requires it.
- In My purchases you also have the invoice of each order with Download invoice.
