Here you see your buyers' reviews together with the testimonials you write yourself. Buyers' reviews carry the verified purchase mark, because only someone who bought the product can review it. Each row shows the review, the product, its origin, its status and its date.
You cannot change what a buyer writes. You can hide a review for a specific reason and add the testimonials people send you.
How to get there
Open Store in the side menu and select the Reviews tab, between A/B tests and Domain.
What you can do
- See the published or hidden reviews and filter them by product.
- Hide a buyer's review with a reason.
- Show a hidden review again.
- Add a testimonial with Add testimonial, with its photo and its rating.
- Edit or remove a testimonial.
Step by step
Hide a review
- 1. Open the menu of the review's row.
- 2. Select Hide.
- 3. Choose the Reason.
- 4. Select Hide review.
Add a testimonial
- 1. Select Add testimonial.
- 2. Choose the Product.
- 3. Write the Name and the Text.
- 4. Select Save.
What happens next
A hidden review stops showing on the product page and leaves the average. A testimonial appears on the product page and in the store blocks that show it.
Keep in mind
- Add testimonial becomes active when you publish your first product, because a testimonial goes on the page of a product.
- You can only hide a review for offensive language, personal data, spam or content unrelated to the product. The reason stays in the activity of the business.
- You write a testimonial yourself and it never carries the verified purchase mark.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and content editor.
