My invoices
On this page
These are the invoices for what you have bought in this store. Each row shows its number, whether it is Simplified or a Full invoice, the purchase, the date and the amount. The store issues a simplified invoice with every purchase, without your tax details, and here you swap it for a full one if you need it.
How to get there
In your area, click My invoices in the top bar. The email of each invoice also brings you here.
What you can do
- Download any invoice as a PDF with Download.
- Ask for a full invoice with your tax details with Ask for a full invoice.
- See your older invoices with See more invoices.
Step by step
Ask for a full invoice
- 1. Click Ask for a full invoice on the invoice row.
- 2. Type your Tax ID or VAT number.
- 3. Type your Name or company name.
- 4. Fill in the Address, Postcode, City and Country.
- 5. Click Issue full invoice at the end of the form.
What happens next
The full invoice replaces the simplified one and appears in this list with its own number. The screen confirms it with the new number and you can download it straight away.
Keep in mind
- If you buy for your company or your business, ask for the full invoice. The Spanish invoicing regulation, Royal Decree 1619/2012, requires the recipient's tax details so that you can deduct the VAT.
- If the tax ID is not valid, you see Enter a valid Spanish tax ID or European VAT number. Check that it has no spaces or dashes.
