Here the applications arrive for the products you sell with a prior application, such as a mentoring with limited places. Each row shows who sent it, the product, its status and when you received it. You decide who can buy: when you approve an application, the person receives a personal payment link.
How to get there
Select Applications in the side menu, in the Sell group. You also arrive from the email that tells you about each new application.
What you can do
- Read the answers of each applicant.
- Approve an application and send a payment link with a private offer.
- Reject an application with an optional message.
- Renew a payment link that has expired with Renew link.
- See the pending, approved, paid, rejected or expired applications.
Step by step
Approve an application
- 1. Open the application from its row.
- 2. Select Approve.
- 3. Choose the Offer they can pay with.
- 4. Select Approve and send the link.
Reject an application
- 1. Open the application and select Reject.
- 2. Write a message in Message (optional) if you want to explain the reason.
- 3. Select Reject in the dialog.
What happens next
When you approve, the applicant receives an email with a personal payment link. When they pay, the application moves to paid and they receive the product. When you reject, they receive an email with your message if you wrote one.
Keep in mind
- You can only approve with private one-time or instalment offers. If the product has none, create it in Offers, inside the Settings of the product.
- The payment link expires. If it expires unpaid, select Renew link to send a new one.
- The tab, the filters and the search you pick go in the address of the page. Back on the list or after a reload, it reads as you left it.
