In Bookings you have your sessions, your live events and your packs from every store. The times show in the zone of your phone.
How to get there
Press Bookings in the bar at the bottom of the app. A reminder of a session or an event opens this tab.
What you can do
- Enter the session that is starting with Join the room.
- See the upcoming sessions and events with their day, time and length.
- Open a booking in the browser to change the time or cancel it.
- Open a pack to book the next session.
Step by step
Enter a session
- 1. Open Bookings a few minutes before the time.
- 2. Press Join the room in the section of now.
What happens next
The room opens in the app of the video call or in the browser. You get a notice 24 hours and 1 hour before each session or event.
Keep in mind
- The room opens 10 minutes before the time.
- Changing the time or cancelling follows the rules of each creator.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not change the time from the app?
Each creator sets its deadline to change or cancel. Some cancellations refund the money. That is why the change happens on the page of the booking in the browser, which shows those rules before confirming.
