This page appears when you finish paying. It confirms your order with its number and gives you access to what you bought. If the payment is still being confirmed, the page updates on its own within a few seconds.
How to get there
You arrive here on your own when you finish paying at checkout. If you close the page, the purchase email gives you the same access.
What you can do
- See your order number and the email we sent the access to.
- Enter your area with Go to my member area.
- See how many days you have to ask for a refund if the product has a guarantee.
- Add an offer marked Only now to your purchase, if the store suggests one.
Step by step
Open what you bought
- 1. Wait until the page says you already have access.
- 2. Click Go to my member area.
What happens next
You enter your area with your purchase ready to use. You also get an email with the access and, later, the invoice.
Keep in mind
- If you see We are confirming your payment, wait a few seconds. The page updates on its own.
- If you see The payment was not completed, you have not been charged anything. See my payment was not completed.
- If you bought a gift, you see Your gift is on its way. The person who receives it has the access and you have the proof of payment.
