Moderation

On this page
List of Lucía's moderation cases with their origin, their status and the decision.

Here you see the cases the OnBio team opens about your business: content reports, reviews over refunds and chargebacks and security reviews of your payouts account. Each case shows its status and, once there is a decision, what was decided.

How to get there

Click Moderation in the panel's side menu. The email telling you about a new case or a decision also brings you here.

What you can do

  • Follow the status of each case until it is closed.
  • Read the statement of reasons for a decision.
  • Appeal a decision within 6 months.
  • Answer a question the OnBio team asks you about a case.

Step by step

Appeal a decision

  1. 1. Open the case.
  2. 2. Read the statement of reasons.
  3. 3. Click Appeal the decision.
  4. 4. Explain why you disagree and send the appeal.

What happens next

A person on the OnBio team other than the one who decided reviews your appeal. They uphold or dismiss it and let you know by email and in the panel.

Keep in mind

  • If your new sales are blocked, nobody can buy your products while the review lasts. Your students keep their access, and renewals, instalments and refunds carry on as usual.
  • You can only answer each OnBio question once. The case keeps to its deadline even if you do not answer.
  • The statement of reasons explains what was decided, why and how to appeal, as required by article 17 of the Digital Services Act, applicable to all platforms since 17 February 2024.

Frequently asked questions

Who can report my content?

Anyone, even without an account, from the report link of your store or of a product. OnBio reviews each report before deciding. A report alone does not withdraw anything.
