Your first product
On this page
This is the second of the three setup screens, after you name your business. You pick what you do and start from a template with the title, the description, what it includes and the price already written. You adjust whatever you like and move on to publishing.
How to get there
You arrive here when you create your business on the welcome screen. If you leave halfway, the panel brings you back to the screen you have left.
What you can do
- Pick your trade among coach, therapist, trainer, nutritionist, consultant and content creator.
- Start from one of its templates, which creates the product as a draft with its sales page and its price.
- Change the Title, the Price and the Image without leaving the screen.
- Create the product with the quick form from I'd rather start from scratch.
Step by step
Start from a template
- 1. Pick your trade under What do you do?.
- 2. Click the template closest to what you sell.
- 3. Change the Title and the Price if you like.
- 4. Click Upload image to add the picture of your product.
- 5. Click Continue.
Start from scratch
- 1. Click I'd rather start from scratch.
- 2. Choose the product type and enter its name and its price.
- 3. Once it is created you come back to this screen with your product.
What each type asks for
Below the product, the screen asks only for what its type needs to be published.
A session comes with Monday to Friday hours from 10:00 to 14:00, which you change with Change. You connect the video call with Connect Google Meet or Zoom: the authorisation opens in another window and each booking gets its own link.
A live event asks for the date and time under Pick the date and time and uses the same video connection.
For a download or a free guide you upload here the file the buyer takes away.
A custom service comes with the questions your client answers when paying.
A course is created as a draft and your store is published anyway. When setup ends, the panel suggests adding your first lesson.
Templates
The templates of your trade bring the title, the description and the price written. Choosing one puts the product in draft below for you to adjust. Choosing another archives the previous draft.
- 1. Click your trade in What do you do?.
- 2. Click the template closest to what you sell.
What happens next
You move on to the publish screen, where you enter your tax details, read the texts you accept and sign to open your store.
Keep in mind
- Everything is saved automatically, so you can leave and come back whenever you like.
- If you click another template, the draft of the previous one is archived and the new product is created.
- The price includes VAT.
