Communities
On this page
Here you have the communities of your products. Each community belongs to a product and whoever buys it enters it from their member area, without you having to sign them up. Each row shows how many members it has, how many posts there were in the last 30 days and whether it is active.
Whoever loses access to the product also loses access to the community. Their posts are kept.
How to get there
Select Communities in the side menu, in the Sell group, below Member area banners.
What you can do
- Create a community for a membership, a course, a private podcast or a digital product with New community.
- Open a community to post, order its channels and moderate.
- See how your members see it with See in the area.
- Change the name, the address and the cover of a community.
Step by step
Create a community
- 1. Select New community.
- 2. Choose the Product it belongs to.
- 3. Write the Name and, if you want, the description.
- 4. Select Create community.
What happens next
The community is created with the General channel. The buyers with active access to the product can already enter from their member area.
Keep in mind
- Each product accepts a single community.
- The General channel cannot be deleted. If you delete another channel, its posts move to General.
- A video you upload to the community plays with the buyer's watermark and counts in your video hours.
- A community archived by OnBio stops showing in the area.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.
