On this page
Here you open a broadcast. If it is a draft or scheduled, you edit it as when you created it. If it has already gone out, you see its results.
How to get there
In Broadcasts, click the broadcast in the list.
What you can do
- Keep editing the content and recipients of a draft.
- See the email preview on mobile and on desktop, or send yourself a test.
- Unschedule or cancel a scheduled broadcast.
- See the delivered emails, unique opens, unique clicks, unsubscribes and bounces of a broadcast that went out.
- See the opens in the first 24 hours and the clicks on each link.
- Duplicate a broadcast to reuse it.
Step by step
Reuse a broadcast
- 1. Click Duplicate.
- 2. Change what you need in the copy.
- 3. Click Next: recipients to choose the audience and the send date again.
Delete a draft
- 1. Click Delete draft.
- 2. Confirm in the dialog.
What happens next
A broadcast's figures update while opens and clicks keep coming in. Rates are calculated on delivered emails.
Keep in mind
- A deleted draft loses its content and its audience, with no way back.
- Sales that come from a link in the email are attributed to this broadcast.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and content editor.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the opens look high?
Some email readers, such as Apple Mail, open emails on their own to protect the reader. Those opens count even if the person has not read it. Clicks are a more reliable sign of interest.
