Verify to get paid
On this page
Your store sells from the moment you finish setup. This screen gathers what is left to get paid: verifying your identity and your bank account in Stripe's secure form and the review of your business, which OnBio requests on its own as soon as you finish the first step. Meanwhile, the money of your sales waits on hold in your balance.
How to get there
Click Onboarding in the side menu or Verify to get paid in the notice of your balance in Payouts.
What you can do
- See the money on hold, the number of unverified sales and the day new sales would pause.
- Open Stripe's form with Verify to get paid.
- Follow OnBio's review, which goes from «Requested on its own» to «In review» and «Approved».
Step by step
Verify your identity and your bank
- 1. Click Verify to get paid.
- 2. In Stripe's form enter your ID and the account where you want to get paid.
- 3. Come back to this screen to follow the review, which already shows as under way.
Identity and bank account
The first step happens in the secure form of Stripe with your ID or residence number and the account where you get paid. Once done, OnBio's review is requested on its own.
- 1. Click Verify to get paid.
- 2. Complete the form of Stripe and come back to OnBio.
What happens next
With your details verified and the review approved, the money on hold moves to the payout schedule and you can withdraw it from Payouts. The screen then says the verification is complete.
Keep in mind
- While you do not verify, your buyers pay as usual and the money waits in your balance.
- If you reach the limit of unverified sales, your products stop taking new purchases until you verify.
- If you do not verify in time, new sales pause and later the money goes back to your buyers. The screen gives the date of each step.
- Your tax details and your authorisations stay in Settings.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
