Manage the subscription

The emails of your subscription, such as the notice of the end of the trial or of a price change, carry a link to this page. Here you manage that subscription without entering your member area, with the same options as in My subscriptions.
How to get there
Click the link in your subscription email. If you do not have the email at hand, enter your area and go to your subscriptions.
What you can do
- See the subscription's price, status and next charge.
- Change the payment method with Change payment.
- Pause the subscription with Pause or resume it with Resume.
- Cancel the subscription with Cancel the subscription.
Step by step
Cancel the subscription
- 1. Click Cancel the subscription.
- 2. Tell us why if you like.
- 3. Confirm with Cancel the subscription in the dialog.
What happens next
You keep access until the end of the paid period. The page says until which date. After that you are not charged again.
Keep in mind
- If you open the page without the link from the email, you see Open the link in your subscription email to manage it.
- If the link has expired, you see The link is not valid or has expired. Go to your member area to manage the subscription. Enter your area as sign in to your area explains.
- The link works for a single subscription. To see all of them, enter your area.
