Here you see the commissions of all your affiliates with their date, product, order, amount and status. Above the list are the period totals by status.
How to get there
In Affiliates, click Commissions. From an affiliate's page, See all their commissions brings you here with their filter.
What you can do
- Filter the list by status or by Period.
- See only those of one Product or of one affiliate.
- See when each pending commission is released.
- See which part of a commission was voided by a refund.
- Download the filtered commissions with Export CSV.
Step by step
See an affiliate's commissions
- 1. Open their record from Affiliates.
- 2. Click See all their commissions.
- 3. Click Remove the affiliate filter to see them all again.
What happens next
Each commission is created when the sale is paid and is deducted from your pending balance. It is released when the order's guarantee ends and is paid to the affiliate in the same cycle as your funds.
Keep in mind
- A refund or a lost chargeback before payment voids the commission, or the refunded part if the refund is partial. That amount goes back to your balance.
- A commission already paid is not reversed. It is marked as Refunded after payment.
- While the order has an open chargeback or an active refund request, the commission stays on hold.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
