Here you see who changed what in your business and when. Each entry says the person, the item, the action and the date, and when you open it it shows the previous and the new value of each field that changed.
It is the place to look if a price, a product or a business detail appears changed and you do not know who did it. It also gathers what OnBio, its team, your API keys and your buyers change.
How to get there
Open Settings in the side menu, select Team and activity and choose the Activity tab, next to Members.
What you can do
- Filter by Person, by Item or by dates.
- See the previous and the new value of each field that changed.
- See the changes made by OnBio, its team, your API keys or your buyers.
- Load older entries with Load more.
Step by step
Find a change
- 1. Choose the Person or the Item.
- 2. Choose the dates in From and To.
- 3. Select the button to see the changes on the entry you are looking for.
What happens next
The list shows the entries that match the filters, from the most recent to the oldest. Select Clear filters to see them all again.
Keep in mind
- Nobody can edit or delete an entry. They are kept for six years.
- Passwords, codes, tokens and bank details appear as changed, without their value.
- The date range can cover up to 366 days.
- Only the owner and the administration see the activity of the business.
