Here you connect your Mailchimp, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Kit or Brevo account so it receives your subscribed contacts, unsubscribes and tags. Sync goes only from OnBio to the tool.
How to get there
Click Email in the side menu and open the Integrations tab. The email asking you to connect again also brings you here.
What you can do
- Connect an email tool and choose the destination list.
- See the last sync, the pending changes and the last error.
- Pause and resume the sync.
- Save a new key or reconnect if the tool rejects access.
- Disconnect the tool.
Step by step
Connect a tool with an API key
- 1. Click Connect on the tool.
- 2. Paste the API key. For ActiveCampaign, also paste the API URL. In Kit, the list is one of your forms.
- 3. Choose the list under Destination list.
- 4. Click Use this list.
What happens next
OnBio sends the changes every 15 minutes. Tags arrive as tags in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Kit, as groups in MailerLite and as lists in the OnBio folder in Brevo.
Keep in mind
- You can only have one tool connected at a time.
- Changes you make in the tool do not come back to OnBio.
- If the tool rejects access, the owner and admins get an email. The changes of those days are sent when you reconnect.
- When you disconnect, OnBio forgets the key and the contacts already in the tool stay there.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Mailchimp?
Click Connect on Mailchimp and sign in to your account to authorise OnBio. Back in the panel, choose the audience under Destination list and click Use this list.
