In Coupons you create discounts for your store from your phone and share their link at once, for example before a live. You also pause, resume or delete the ones you have.
How to get there
Open More on the bottom bar of the app and tap Coupons. The list of coupons opens with their status and their uses.
What you can do
- Create a coupon with New: its code, a percentage or an amount, when it expires and how many times it can be used.
- Tap Create and share link to send the link with the coupon already applied.
- Open the menu of a coupon to Share link, Pause, Resume or Delete.
Step by step
Create a coupon for a live
- 1. Tap New.
- 2. Type the code, choose Percentage and type the discount.
- 3. In Expires, choose the day and the time the live ends.
- 4. Tap Create and share link and choose where to send it.
Pause a coupon
- 1. Tap the menu of the coupon.
- 2. Tap Pause. To apply it again, tap Resume.
What happens next
Whoever opens the link sees the discount applied in the checkout. Each purchase adds a use to the coupon.
Keep in mind
- In Expires, the time offered is the time now. If you choose tomorrow, the coupon lasts 24 hours.
- The coupon works for the whole store. Coupons for a single product are created in the web panel.
- A coupon already used is not deleted, so its orders keep it. You can pause it.
- A paused coupon stops applying a discount until you resume it.
- If your role can only see the marketing, you can share the links but not change the coupons.
- Each row says the discount, until when it is valid and how many times it was used.
- A shared link of a paused coupon takes to the store without a discount.
