On this page
On the page of a product you change its title, its price and its description. You also edit what it includes and its frequently asked questions. From here you publish it.
How to get there
In Products, tap a product. Its page opens with its details.
What you can do
- Change the title, the price and the description.
- Set a cover photo or a video with Add photo or video.
- Edit What it includes and the Frequently asked questions.
- Publish a draft with Publish.
- Close the sales with Close sales and open them again with Reopen.

Publish a product
- 1. Check the title, the price and the description.
- 2. Tap Publish.
Close the sales of a product
- 1. Tap Close sales.
- 2. Confirm in the notice.
Add photo or video
The cover is chosen with Add photo or video, with the camera or the gallery. The app asks for each permission the first time it uses it. A video over 5 GB is not uploaded. The upload goes on even if you close the app, with its progress in the tile of the cover.
What happens next
OnBio reviews the product in a few seconds and publishes it in your store. If a phrase needs a change, the page shows it. When you change it and save, it is reviewed again.
Keep in mind
- Changes save on their own a moment after you type.
- If someone else changed the product, tap See the latest version to go on from the latest.
- If the new price reaches active subscriptions, the app asks you first. Tap Change the price to confirm it and each subscription gets a notice.
- A description with lists, bold or links is edited in the web panel.
- The rest, such as the delivery or the sales page, is in More settings in the web panel.
- If something is missing to publish, the page lists it, such as the price or a published lesson.
- A closed product stays in your store and nobody can buy it until you tap Reopen.
