Contact file

The file of a contact gathers what you need to help them from your phone: their email, their tags, what they bought, whether they accept your marketing emails, the products they have access to and their latest consents.
How to get there
In Contacts, tap the row of a person to open their file. From the file, the arrow at the top takes you back to the list with the search you had.
What you can do
- See in Purchases how many they made and what they spent, with the refunds already taken off.
- See in Last purchase when they bought for the last time.
- Check in Marketing emails whether they can get your broadcasts.
- Go over in Products what they have access to and in Consents when they accepted or withdrew your emails.
What happens next
What you see is the same the web panel keeps. A new purchase or a change of consent shows the next time you open the file.
Keep in mind
- Accepted means they can get your marketing emails. If they unsubscribed, their email bounces or they marked a broadcast as spam, they stop getting them.
- The consents show the five most recent ones. The full history is in the web panel.
- The tags and the details of the contact are changed in the web panel.
