On this page
Here you see the community feed as your members see it and you post in it. The team's posts carry the Team mark, so your members tell what you say from what they write.
The tabs lead to the channels, the drafts, the resources, the members and the moderation of the community.
How to get there
Open Communities in the side menu and select the community in the list.
What you can do
- Post a text with images, a video or a link.
- Schedule a post for a date.
- Pin a post at the top of the feed.
- Comment and react on your members' posts.
- Change the name, the address and the cover of the community with Edit.
Step by step
Post in the community
- 1. Select the box to share something with the community.
- 2. Choose the Channel.
- 3. Write the text and add images, a video or a link if you want.
- 4. In When to publish, choose Publish now or Schedule.
- 5. Select Publish.
What happens next
The post appears in the feed of the channel. A scheduled one waits in Drafts until its time and until then you can edit it.
Keep in mind
- A post accepts up to 10,000 characters and 4 images of up to 10 MB. Add to each image its alternative text with + ALT for those who cannot see it.
- A YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Wistia video is linked. A video you upload plays with the buyer's watermark and counts in your video hours.
- You can schedule between 5 minutes and 365 days from now, in Madrid time.
- If OnBio withdraws the community, it appears as archived and does not accept posts until the case is resolved.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.
