Offers
On this page
This is where you set the prices of a product. Each offer is a price with its own link and its payment mode: one-time payment, instalments, subscription, pay later or free, depending on what the type of product accepts. The default offer is the one the product page opens.
Each row of the list shows the name of the offer, whether it is public or private, its price summary and its link. Below it you have the price history, with each regular price and the dates it applied.
How to get there
Open Products in the panel menu, go into the product you want to sell, open Settings and select Offers.
What you can do
- Create an offer with New offer in any of the payment modes the product accepts.
- Sell a private offer only to whoever has its link.
- Choose which offer the product page opens.
- Add up to three order bumps and one post-purchase offer to an offer.
- Fix in Prices by currency a round price for buyers in Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Czechia, Hungary or Romania.
- Copy the link of an offer with Copy link to share it.
- Archive with Archive an offer you no longer want to sell.

New offer
In the dialog of the offer you set its name and its link, the payment mode and the price, the visibility, the order bumps and the post-purchase offer. Only the modes the type of product accepts appear. A subscription can start with a Free trial or a Low-cost trial, and a session can be sold as a pass with Sell as a session pass.
What happens next
A public offer shows on the product page and a private one is only sold through its link. If you change the price of a subscription with subscribers, each one gets a notice by email and the new price applies from their first charge 30 days later or more. Anyone who does not want to continue can cancel at no cost.
Keep in mind
- Once an offer has sales, you can't change its payment mode. Create another offer with the new mode and make it the default offer.
- Order bumps appear unticked at checkout and the buyer decides whether to add them.
- A currency without a fixed price converts every day at the rate of the European Central Bank. If you change the price in euros after fixing prices, the editor asks you to review them with a notice.
- The post-purchase offer shows on the thank-you page and is only charged if the buyer presses its button.
- With Klarna pay later, your plan adds commission points to each sale collected that way. The offer editor says how many.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have several offers active at once?
Yes. Each offer has its own link, so you can share a launch offer with your list while the product page keeps opening the regular price. The product page only shows the default offer.
What happens to past buyers if I archive an offer?
Nothing changes for anyone who already bought. Their access, their pending instalments and their subscription stay the same. Archiving only stops new people from buying with that offer. Its link starts opening the product page with the default offer.
