Contact tags with how many contacts each one has, manual and product ones.

Here are the tags you group your contacts with and how many contacts each one has. You use them to filter the contact list and to choose who a broadcast goes to.

How to get there

In Contacts, click Tags. You also get there from the tag filter of the list.

What you can do

  • Create a manual tag.
  • Rename or delete a manual tag.
  • See the product tags OnBio maintains on its own.

Step by step

Create a tag

  1. 1. Click New tag.
  2. 2. Type the Tag name.
  3. 3. Click Create tag.

Delete a tag

  1. 1. Click the delete button on the tag's row.
  2. 2. Click Delete in the dialog.

What happens next

A deleted tag is removed from all the contacts that had it. If you rename one, its contacts keep it with the new name.

Keep in mind

  • A product tag is added on its own to anyone with access to the product and removed when they lose it. It cannot be renamed or deleted.
  • To tag many contacts at once, select them in Contacts and click Tag.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.

Frequently asked questions
