Our commitment
VIUZI ESP, SL (OnBio) wants anyone to be able to buy in an OnBio store, follow a course and manage their purchases, whether or not they use assistive technologies. This statement explains how onbio.es, the stores, the checkout, the member area, the Help Center, the panel and the OnBio app for creators meet those requirements. It gives the information required by Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May on the accessibility of certain products and services.
Conformance level
The goal is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, which the European standard EN 301 549 incorporates. The stores, the checkout and the member area, where people buy and learn, meet that level in everything OnBio designs. The panel, the console and the app are built with the same components and follow the same guidelines.
Among other things, those surfaces can be used entirely with a keyboard and with screen readers. Texts have enough contrast, forms have clear labels and instructions and errors are announced. Pages adapt to screens 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling and respect the system text size and the reduced motion preference. The website and the emails are available in Spanish and English.
How we check it
Every change to the website goes through automated tests that analyze with axe, against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, the pages visited on desktop, tablet and mobile. Those tests fail if a page scrolls sideways. The OnBio team reviews the buying and learning journeys by hand with a keyboard and with a screen reader. This statement was last reviewed on 12 October 2026.
Known limitations
Some content is created by creators or served by other companies, who decide how it is made. These are the limitations we know of in that content and what you can do in each case to access it all the same:
- Creator content. The videos, PDFs and images of courses are uploaded by each creator. OnBio asks them to add captions and alternative texts and gives them the tools to do so, without being able to guarantee the result in every lesson. If you need some content in another format, write to the creator from their store’s help page or to soporte@onbio.es and we will pass your request on.
- Third-party services. Stripe’s payment form, the Klarna and PayPal pages and embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos follow the accessibility criteria of their providers.
- Design of each store. The creator chooses the colours of their store. OnBio checks the contrast of the chosen combination and warns the creator when it does not reach the minimum.
How to report a problem
If you find an accessibility barrier or need the information on a page in another format, write to us at soporte@onbio.es stating the page and what happens. We will answer within fifteen working days at most with the fix or with an alternative way to access the content.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the consumer authorities of your region or with the authority that supervises Law 11/2023 in your territory. We keep your message and our answer so you can prove them.
