Co-production
Reviewed on 5 October 2026
On this page
Here you share the sales of a product with other OnBio creators. Each agreement links a product with up to four partners and states what percentage each one takes.
How to get there
Click Co-production in the panel's side menu. The email of an invitation from another creator also brings you here.
What you can do
- Create an agreement with the product and each partner's share.
- Send the agreement to the partners so they accept it.
- Accept or reject an agreement another creator sends you.
- See how each sale of the product is split.
- End an active agreement.
Step by step
Create an agreement
- 1. Click New agreement.
- 2. Choose the Product.
- 3. Type Your share (%).
- 4. Click Add partner and type their store identifier and their share.
- 5. Click Save draft.
- 6. Tick I have read and accept the co-production terms.
- 7. Click Send to the partners so they receive the agreement.
What happens next
The agreement stays pending until all partners accept it. From then on, each sale of the product is split according to the percentages.
Keep in mind
- The shares add up to 100 % and each one is at least 1 %.
- The split is made on the net amount left after the OnBio commission and the affiliate commission.
- Each partner invoices their share to OnBio with a monthly self-billed invoice and receives their transfer when the sale's guarantee ends.
- A refund cancels or reverses the shares in the same proportion.
- Any partner can end the agreement. Earlier sales carry on as usual.
