Here you see a service someone has bought from you, with the answers to their form, the delivery date and the deliveries you already made. From here you mark that you are working on it and deliver the result.
The client sees the status of the order in their member area, so marking it as in progress tells them you are already on it.
How to get there
Open Service orders in the side menu and select the order in the list.
What you can do
- Read the answers of the client's form.
- Mark the order as in progress with Mark as in progress.
- Deliver files, a video link or a message.
- See the history of deliveries.
Step by step
Deliver the order
- 1. Select Choose files and upload what you deliver.
- 2. Add the Video link or the Message if needed.
- 3. Select Deliver.
What happens next
The client receives an email and sees the delivery in their area. The order moves to delivered and the delivery stays in the history.
Keep in mind
- OnBio checks each file before sending it. Wait for it to finish before delivering.
- The video link can be any https address, such as one from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom. The client opens it from their member area.
- A cancelled order does not accept deliveries.
- If the delivery date passes, the order appears as late in the list.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.
