1:1 sessions are booked from the product page: you choose the day and time among the creator's free slots, answer their questions and pay. The time is held for you while you pay.
Choose the day and time
- 1. On the session's page, look at Choose day and time.
- 2. Check the Time zone and change it if it is not yours.
- 3. Choose the day and the free time.
- 4. Click Continue.
Answer and pay
- 1. Answer the questions under Before the session.
- 2. Click Continue to payment.
- 3. Pay at checkout.
What happens next
You get an email with the booking confirmation and the video call link. The booking appears in My bookings of your area, with its deadline to change or cancel it.
Keep in mind
- If you take long to pay, the held time expires and checkout asks you to choose it again.
- If someone books that time before you, you choose another.
- If you see Bookings are paused, the creator is not taking bookings right now. Come back later.
- If the session is within the next 14 days, checkout asks you for the early start of the service.
