Who charged me?

If you see a charge from “ONBIO* NAME” on your statement, it is a purchase from a creator who sells with OnBio, and NAME is the name of their store. Here you find which creator you paid with the details of the charge, without needing an account.
How to get there
Open onbio.es/who-charged-me, or click Who charged me? on the help page of any store or in the footer of the OnBio website.
What you can do
- Find the charge with the amount, the date and the last four digits of your card.
- See the creators with a matching charge and go to their store with Go to the store.
- See your purchase with See my purchase, confirming your email first.
Step by step
Find the charge
- 1. Type the Amount in euros as it shows in your bank.
- 2. Choose the Date of the charge.
- 3. Type the Last 4 digits of the card.
- 4. Click Find the charge.
What happens next
If there are matching charges, you see Creators with a matching charge. With See my purchase you confirm your email and see the purchase with its options to ask for the refund or write to the creator.
Keep in mind
- The search never shows other people's details. You only see the store and, after confirming your email, your own purchases.
- If there is no charge with those details, check the amount, the date and the digits. The charge can take a day to show with its final date.
